Just like the world famous production system employed by Toyota, Matsusada Precision uses its own production system to push efficiency beyond current day expectations.

The assembly, mounting, and inspection processes for transformers and PC boards are fully automated.
The 19 power supply assembly lines using these processes have the flexibility to produce one unit or one thousand units. Overnight modifications to assembly lines produce power supplies that have a completely different shape and electrical characteristics.

This ability to cope with sudden changes in production requirements and still operate the lines so that the whole factory runs at optimum efficiency, allows you, the customer, to plan your production with the confidence that we can always respond to your needs.

In-house manufacturing gives a quick 1 to 3 week production lead time on standard models, enabling you to plan your just-in-time delivery and minimal inventory levels.
 

The high level of quality is maintained by extensive test and inspection procedures, and also by continuously reviewing every production step, including planning, design, and production processes.

Utmost care is taken to monitor and perfect each process. Matsusada's original production systems extend PCB designing, assembly, inspection, and quality control systems based on ISO 9001: excellent qualities and performances are always verified.

The production process begins with the inspection of all parts and continues with inspection of assembled modules. Thorough testing and inspection of all finished products completes the process. High quality and reliability are absolutely guaranteed with the completed items inspected and aged using automated measurement processes.
