640 : ndt microfocus x-ray inspection system with powerful tools to process and analyze x-ray images

The combination of a leading edge microfocus x-ray tube and high-resolution x-ray image intensifier (x-ray II) offers real-time instantaneously without moving the stage by just switching the mode of x-ray II that are 9-inch, 6-inch or 4.5-inch mode.

The joystick or a click mouse allows you to change your view, to shift and/or rotate your sample, to magnify images. Several clicks on the x-ray images allow measuring and/or enhancing objects found in the x-ray images, measuring a distance or an angle, counting certain shape, filling colours, drawing stereoscopically (3D), etc.
