X series is a compact X-ray module with X-ray tube, high voltage supply and filament supply, all in one unit. Compact design with no need for cabling of high voltage cable and connector contribute to easy and flexible designing of your system.

• X-ray tube, high voltage power supply and filament supply are in one unit
• Anode voltage/current control by external control voltage

• Low X-ray leakage - less than 5 µSv/hr (at 5 cm)

XW : mini focus x-ray generator - dual unit module, ideal integration for inspection

XW series is a 2-unit type X-ray module of high stability power supply and X-ray tube. Compact, high power X-ray module is achieved by using our high voltage technology and know-how of cooling method. Most suitable as integration module for inspection.

XWF : high power mini focus x-ray generator - Dual unit module, perfect for position pattern check and modeling

XWF series is a 2-unit type X-ray module of high stability power supply and X-ray tube integrated. Unit generates stable mini-focus X-ray output. High power X-ray output of maximum 50 W enables to obtain high contrast image.
The most suitable unit for position pattern check and modeling.
